What is Greystone?

  • Greystone is an exceptional, active-lifestyle community of approximately 400 single family homes, garden homes and town homes located on a championship golf course setting in Livingston Parish.

Where is Greystone?

  • Greystone is located just outside the city limits of Denham Springs, South of Interstate 12, in Livingston Parish.
  • Take I-12 East to Denham Springs. Exit Juban Road. Go South on Juban Road (right-hand turn for east bound travelers). Go approximately 1.2 miles and turn right onto Wax Rd.
    Travel on Wax Road and turn left at the fork in the 3-way stop remaining on Wax Road.
    The entry to Greystone will be on your right!

  • Greystone Golf Course and Lake Homes will be 2800+ sq. ft. living space, Interior homesites Will feature 2400+ sq. ft. homes and Garden homes will be 1800+ sq. ft. of living space.

When will Greystone be a community in which to live and play?
