DESIGN PHILOSOPHY

The Greystone Golf Course will be a master planned golf course. Complete automated Construction plans will transform the design intent through the construction process to ensure the quality of the finished product. The golf course will incorporate natural wetlands and this will reduce the manicured acreage associated with maintenance cost. The design strategy will ultimately increase the quality of turf relative to the normal maintenance practices.

The golf course will take advantage of the natural beauty and sloping topography the property has to offer. The golf course routing will feature holes that will be carved out of the natural bottomland hardwood forests. Other golf holes will be wrapped along manmade lakes that will offer risk-reward and force carry holes.

Gray's Creek and Miller's Canal will come into play guarding and protecting approach shots from the fairways and tees. All twenty greens on the golf course will be among the finest in the area and will feature Bermuda Ultra-Dwarf putting surfaces.
